Resting on the marvellous Hermitage Estate in Halton. You will find this beautiful 4 bedroom 6* detached villa. This fabulous house boasts views of the River Lune and the adorable Otter Island. In addition to the abundant natural beauty, this property is immaculately decorated to the highest of standards, with super fun additions such as the retro arcade games room, hot tub and sauna! All classes will be held at the Inversion Lancaster studio which is just a 10 minute car journey from the accommodation.

And our retreats are always incredibly exclusive. For this location we are only able to accept 8 students, and with two instructors, this means the classes are entirely tailored to you.

The retreat includes 3 nights bed and breakfast stay at the villa, alongside 6 workshops and additional surprise classes held at the gorgeous Inversion Lancaster studio.
(Check in from 5pm Fri and Checkout at 10am Mon)

Your stay will include 1 x Pole Workshop, 1 x Pole Strap Workshop, 2 x Aerial Workshops inc Lollipop Lyra and 2 x Stretch and Flex workshops alongside additional SURPRISE sessions which are yet TBC!!

You can also expect prosecco on arrival, a pole/aerial goodie bag including Polehog wear, Poleboxx treats and Pole Poised Products, a photoshoot during your stay with Lollipop and Lenses and a free 20 min sports massage with Flexpert Sports Therapy on the Saturday afternoon and of course use of PRIVATE HOT TUB AND… SAUNA all weekend!

All workshops will be instructed by Inversion Founder Lucy Webster and Head Instructor Jess (aka Gingie) from the Lancaster studio, who will both be staying at the accommodation with you to host your stay.

This retreat takes place at a Luxury Contemporary Lodge in Carnforth

This lodge delivers high-specification and luxury interiors, with views that take your breath away. Noteworthy are the bi-folding doors which open up to a balcony area with a hot tub, sauna room and stunning views of the lake. The patio is the perfect location to watch the morning sun rising with a cup of coffee, or to sit in the hot tub in cooler weather with the spectacular views of the Yorkshire Dales mountains.

All workshops will take place using our freestanding equipment in a spacious local venue. Workshops will be instructed by Inversion Founder Lucy Webster and Head Instructor Jessica Raby from the Lancaster studio.
