INVERSION POLE AND AERIAL HOOP RETREAT IN CARNFORTH
(All abilities welcome, from beginner through to advanced)
The retreat includes 3 days bed and breakfast stay at a stunning lodge in Carnforth, alongside 6 + workshops held at the gorgeous Inversion Lancaster studio. (Check in from 5pm Fri and Checkout at 10am Mon)
Your stay will include 1 x Pole Workshop, 1 x Pole Strap Workshop, 2 x Aerial Workshops inc Lollipop Lyra and 2 x Stretch and Flex workshops alongside additional SURPRISE sessions which are yet TBC!!
You can also expect prosecco on arrival, a pole/aerial goodie bag including Polehog wear, Poleboxx treats and Pole Poised Products, a photoshoot during your stay with Lollipop and Lenses and a free 20 min sports massage with Flexpert Sports Therapy on the Saturday afternoon and of course use of PRIVATE HOT TUB AND… SAUNA all weekend!
Workshops will be instructed by Inversion Founder Lucy Webster and Co- owner Jess (aka Gingie) from the Lancaster studio, who will both be staying at the accommodation with you to host your stay.
The beauty of this retreat is the fact that it is such a small group attending, with only 6 students but 2 instructors, students can have classes tailored to their needs and more support and attention during the sessions.
The whole weekend costs just £599. To secure a place, a £100 non refundable deposit is required on booking with instalments due on the 1st of the month via direct debit. Early bird price is £575 (if paid in full on booking)
