I am a professional lollipop, pole, and aerial instructor with over 17 years of experience in the industry. Teaching is my passion, and I love sharing the knowledge I’ve gained over the years to help my students progress safely and efficiently—far quicker than I did when I first started.

I am the owner and founder of Inversion Pole Fitness, a pole and aerial school based in Lancaster, as well as Inversion Retreats, which offers exclusive luxury pole and aerial retreats across the UK.

Beyond my studio, I travel across the UK to teach lollipop masterclasses for all levels and also host regular online workshops via Zoom. You can check out my upcoming workshops on my workshop page.

My Journey

I first stepped into the world of pole dance in 2006, and from that moment, I was captivated. Determined to push my skills to an elite level, I dedicated years to self-teaching and refining my technique. This passion led me to establish Inversion Pole and Aerial Fitness, where I now help others build the strength, confidence, and artistry that pole and aerial bring.

Qualifications & Expertise

I am a certified Xpert Pole Fitness Instructor, first aid qualified, and hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Over the past 17 years, I have taught thousands of pole and aerial classes and have had the privilege of learning from some of the industry’s most elite performers:
